WHERE VETERANS FIND SUPPORT, STABILITY, &
A WAY FORWARD.
Allegheny Valley Veterans Center (AVVC) exists to ensure that no veteran is left without support or a place to call home. We provide supportive housing and compassionate, wraparound care for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability—meeting them where they are and walking alongside them as they rebuild their lives. At AVVC, veterans are more than participants—they are individuals with stories, strengths, and futures worth fighting for. Each veteran receives personalized guidance to set meaningful goals, overcome barriers, and transition into safe, permanent housing. We also stand beside veterans as they navigate medical care, disability benefits, employment opportunities, and the complex systems meant to serve them. Located in Clarendon, Pennsylvania, AVVC serves veterans throughout Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio, and welcomes veterans from across the country who are seeking a fresh start. No matter where they come from, our promise is the same: to honor their service by helping them rediscover stability, purpose, and hope.
Providing a full continuum of care.
Meeting veterans where they are and walking beside them every step of the way.
Hear about how our facility has impacted our local veterans -
“I was homeless for 5 years and it seemed at that point there was no way out. The AVVC came to a Cleveland homeless shelter and provided me an opportunity to heal and build. I'm now back on track and doing well. They saved my life. This Veterans Center is an instrument in the toolbox of Jesus!”
